Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
SupportBridge is run by SupportBridge Team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or embedding the SupportBridge widget you agree to these terms.
The service
SupportBridge provides an embeddable helpdesk widget, a ticket inbox, notifications, and related APIs. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information and be allowed to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the security or rate limits of the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
Your data
You own the tickets and attachments collected through your widget. You grant us the limited right to process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your own visitors how their data is used.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes up to 100 tickets per month. Paid plans are billed in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails we keep your plan active for a short grace period before returning the workspace to Free. Optional AI credit packs are one-time purchases used by the AI reply assistant; credit does not expire while your workspace exists and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: the Pro plan and unused AI credit can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from content you or your visitors submit through your widget, or from your breach of these terms or of the law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. When an account is closed, access to the dashboard ends; you can ask us for an export of your tickets within 30 days, after which we may delete them. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data, indemnity, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
Assignment
You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor running the service, and will tell you if that happens.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of our hosting, network or payment providers, natural disasters, or acts of government.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally; if that fails within 30 days, the dispute goes to the competent courts of Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply; the date at the top shows the current version.
